Loyalty Points
Mirage believes in rewarding our guests just as they reward us with each
visit. Earn and accumulate loyalty points throughout the year and use them to
pay for products and services at any time.
Appointment
Policy
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive
your preferred date, time, and designer for your services.
Prices
subject to change without notice
In certain instances, our prices may change. If you are concerned about the
price, please confirm prices with your designer before your service is
rendered.
Cancellation
Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your
appointment, please notify is 24hrs in advance to avoid charges. You will be
subject to a 50% charge for a late cancellation and maybe charged of the full
price for a "no show" appointment. We appreciate your understanding
and cooperation.
Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities maybe given at your
discretion.
Designer
Selection and Changes
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another
designer, or if you would just like to get a fresh point of view, please let
us know. Remember, we work as a team and it is our mission as your salon team
to provide you with consistent credible care.
Referral
Benefit
The highest compliment we can receive is the referral of a friend or family
member. To show our gratitude, Mirage will credit your account $10.00 to be applied towards your next service.
